Access Runtime Data Link Properties

I have as Access Project using SQL 2000. It will have multiple users who will use individual SQL accounts to access their data. I know it is possible to change the account Access uses to login to SQL in the "File -> Connection..." option in the full version of Access. I want to distribute this app using Access 2003 runtime. Is there a way to access these properties (called data link properties i think) in Code so I can change them from Access Runtime?
