Access runtime and Full on same computer

If I distribute an application using Runtim to a mchaine that ahs full access on it, will I mess up the custoemr's computer?

I don;t even want to try on my own computer until I know.

No you will not cause any damage!
Unless you have the application well secured or in the .mde format then the user with the full Access system will be able to get behind your forms etc.. and carry out modifications.
Make sure that you make a shortcut on the desktop for the application and this will ensure that the casual user will on have runtime access.
