Access restriction

I am trying to make an international call on our BCM400. however when i try dialing the 10 digit number i get this message - restricted call. I contacted the tele company and they told me it is our PBX that is restriction the calls. Is there a default feature code for international calls or some programming must be done. If programming needs to be done, any assistance would be appreciated.

Go to Telephony - Call Security - Restriction filters. Select what ever filter the phone is assigned and put in an exception for the number you're trying to dial. The letter A is a wildcard.
