Access Reports to PDF...

Does anyone know how to save a report in PDF format using VBA? I have access 97 and acrobat 4 installed....

Hi,

I have the same issue. I would like to create macros tro PDF reports then send them by e-mail at week and month end using task manager.

I cannot output the report to PDF

If you want PDFs you'll have to install Acrobat (Acrobat Distiller) and simply print your Report to a PDF file.

I can already do this. I would like to automate the process through VBA... How can I change the default printer to the Distiller through VBA?

And when you print to the Distiller it brings up the Save dialog box...how can you automate clicking save?
