Access Reports - Count Function??? HELP!!!

Hello,

I have a text box in a report that works out the difference in two dates in the record and gives a number of hours. What I need now is another text box that works out how many of these are >3 i.e. greater that three hours difference... I'm trying to use =Count([Elapsedtime],>3) but when I run the report all I get a dialog box saying

Elapsed TIme

Can anyone help please, thanks in advance
