Access Reports and check boxes

I've got a report "Quality_Report" based on a form called "qc".The form has got a few check boxes.When mailing the report none of the checkboxes is visible????
Does anyone know how to fix it?????

Hi

On the report, replace the checkboxes woth textboxes, bind them to the yes/no filed sin the query/table, and set format to Yes/No Regards

Hi,

Check boxes can't be displayed when e-mailing files in RTF. If you get the free snapshot viewer from the microsoft site you can send a snapshot and view them.

To continue sending the reports as RTF, you will need to add a control to the report, make its control source the check box and change its format to Yes/No. This isn't as nice looking, but it does mean you can e-mail the report. This will need to be done for each checkbox.

It worked fine,I've just got about 40 checkboxes to change.But atleast it is working now!!!
