I am about to go crazy. I need to have a standard report format, that has a set number of lines that can't change and I would like the report to print on those set number of lines until all of the data has been printed/viewed. It could be 1-unlimited pages. the problem I am having is I can only get access to print the first page. It just keeps repeating the data on the first page. attached is the database. It is an army form that I have built, this will allow me to have all of the info I need to fill out the form in teh database and based on the critera print on that info on the Army form. You can look at my reports and see what I have so far, I am sure it is something simple but I can't figure it out. Thanks

You should provide at least some information about what records you want to see where and which report is giving you the problems.

I think you need to have different record sources between your main and subreports. Think parents and children records. The parent records go on the main report and the children on the subreport.
