Access report to RTF problems

I need some help with a problem, I have a user trying to convert an Access report to Rich Text Format and am loosing some of the data, it's shifting fields and cutting fields off. This was working fine prior to SP2 install on a Windows XP machine. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this or what I might be doing wrong??
