Access report to Rich text format problems

Fellow tek-tippers,
I am having a problem with a users PC and need some help. The user is trying to send an Access report by going to file/send to and then selecting Rich Text Format. When it creates the Rich text file fields are getting cut off, missing and other various problems. In the past this process worked properly, it wasn't until SP2 was installed that this problem arose. Any suggestions for a fix???
