Is there anyway to see the queries involved with a Access Report rather than seeing just the GUI?

1. Open the report in design view.
2. View the Form properties for 'Record Source'
3. Click the 'build' button (...) on the right hand side.
4. On the Menu bar, click: View | SQL

"Hmmm, it worked when I tested it....

Cool. Thanks. Is there a way to see the SQL for the sorting and grouping part? I didnt see it in the recordsource properties but Grouping is set to one of the record fields

You must not mean "sorting and grouping" that is defined within the query because that IS shown in the SQL. Therefore, I assume you mean "sorting and grouping" as defined within the report.

These settings are not really shown as SQL, but can be viewed by clicking on the 'Sorting and Grouping' icon on the 'Report Design' toolbar. These settings are also available via VBA code.
