Hi,

I have an Access Report that prints 4 complete copies of the report. It shows four copies in preview and four complete copies go to the printer.

Anyone have this happen to them before???

Also, the report has six sub reports. After the last sub report, it page ejects and the rest of the report prints on page 2.

the end result is that when I send it to the printer what should be a one page report prints as 4 copies of a two page report.

Thanks, Tom

Hi Duane,

The main report has no record source. It is a daily summary report that is used by management. I leave a lot of white space for them to make notes and our of 18 line items I provide 6 sub reports with snapshots of status.

All the sub reports are limited to 3 or 4 lines of data and they check out fine.

So I am confused.

Try display the main report's Report Header Section and add a text box with a control source of:
=Count(*)
This should display "#Error".

Have you checked your printer setup properties?

Yup, I've checked but because it shows 4 pages in print preview, it is not a printer error. and yes the text box shows "#error".

What does that tell you?
