I have an access report that contains a graph that I would like to put a link to on a website. Is this possible to do ... and have the data be realtime when the link is clicked ... without requiring coding on the website end? Possibly an export etc. ... I tried "Saving As" ... and exporting ... but it left out my graph ... any suggestions?
Thanks much

Without coding on the website end?

how will you know that its time to make the report? will you generate the report every second so that when they download it it will be current?

The report name will be a link on the website and upon the click event it will open the report ... however ... I do not want to open the Database ... just the report when the user clicks the report name ...

You would create a Data Access Page that basically looks like your report and contains the graph. Then on your website, create a hyperlink to the DAP. Everytime it opens, it'll have the new data shown.

It seems you may be new to DAP's so:
DAP's are web pages, not Access objects. They are not the same as forms or reports. They are saved outside of the Access database file. They have an extension of .htm
They can be static or dynamic. You would probably want your's to be static since it's just a report.
You cannot open the access database from the website. You must go through a few layers of coding to open the database on the server.

You were right about my familiarity with DAP's ... this will help ... thank so much!
