Hello,

I am not very good with Access Reports and I would appreciate some help.

I have a report based on a query that basically displays a list of pupil details by school i.e.

School Name: School Name 1
---- Pupil 1
---- Pupil 2
---- Pupil 3

School Name: School Name 2
---- Pupil 1

etc.

When I run the report - each school is displayed with its sub-records. This is GOOD but is there any way that I can make a page break after each school list i.e.

School 1
---- Pupil 1
---- Pupil 2
---- Pupil 3

<page break>

School 2
---- Pupil 1

etc.

Sorry for the dumb question.

Make sure that in the Sorting and Grouping dialog, you have Group Footer set to 'Yes' for the School field. Then in the properties for this Group Footer, set the Force New Page property to After section.

Good luck
