I'm trying to get a from to date to print in the Page Header.
="Check Dates are Between" & [Enter Beginning Check Date:] & "and" & [Enter Ending Check Date:]

My problem is it's also in my query-I'm prompted twice. I need the data to show on report.

HELP!

I would suggest using an input form to enter your data - You can refer to the form for both the query and the report. Also, you can better explain the criteria fields to the user via the label.

Hi aginter,

I put a text box in my report and in the source property I added the following (replace "Overtime Worked Between" with your own text and make sure your parameters are exactly the same as they are in your query):

------------------------------------------------------------
="Overtime Worked Between " & [Type in the Start Date] & " and " & [Type in the finish Date]
------------------------------------------------------------

Hope this helps.......
