Access Report cuts off right edge of printing

Hi,

Here's a problem I was told about it, and I will be looking at this Access db in the next day or two, and wanted to be prepared. Apparently there is a particular report which cuts off the printing in text boxes along the right edge.
This person has changed the width of the text box, and even printed it in landscape mode, and it still is cutting off the text for no apparent reason. Nothing will make the rest of the text appear. There are no hidden text boxes on top or anything like that.
My friend thinks this is an Access "glitch" that he's heard about before, and I seem to recall seeing the same thing happen to me a long time ago.
If anyone has seen this, and has a cause or solution, I'd really appreciate it.

Never heard of this before. My first thought is the text box is too narrow. Try set the text box to can grow. Try place a visible border around the text box. Check the paper size in the printer.

Thanks for the suggestions. I know they've tried everything such as make the text box wider, and the proper paper size. I'll suggest making sure the "can grow" is set to yes, and putting a border around it so they can actually see where that text box is cutting off - or if it's just the text within the text box that's being truncated.
