When I click on my button to create one of my reports, Access re-formats a couple of my fields so they have a dash (-) in between some of the numbers in the field (ie 01-069 formats to 01-06-9; and 33333006 formats to 33-33-3006) I see the pattern which is ##-##-... but how do I change this so there isn't any formatting that access does.

Thanks,

Check the Input Mask and Format Properties.

Do you know why the report defaulted to having an Input mask on that text field? Thanks for the help, I didn't think to look there.

You probably have this property set in the table design.
