access remote database hosted by isp

hi there!

I want to build a simple MS Access database at work that reads data from the company's web site db (hosted remotely by an isp).

the os of the website is linux and the db is mySql. does anyone know how, using MS access, i can access this remote data from head office?

Many ways,
1. Easiest is get them to dump the data to a file and ftp the file. to import into access.

2. Install Myodbc on ms computer and get userid to isp
database.
