Access "Database Form"???

If one sets the STARTUP parameters for an Access database there is an option box to turn off the "Database Form" ...
does anyone know if it is possible to pop this form up after startup via code?

I have a login form and want to be able to go into development mode automatically if I login with a certain
username ... pressing shift while double clicking on a database icon to bypass the STARTUP process is a pain if the database's icon is not selected first (the shift key can inadvertantly highlight a block of icons which are then all opened by the double click)
