Hi ,
thank you for the valueable post, i have another request, i dont want users to have access to the Access objects menu, you know where you have the forms, reports, queries, macros, etc. I want some standard queries & reports on a form any ideas how i can do that?
Many thanks

Hi, have a look at Tools>Startup... in this dialog you can choose various options like preventing full menus and default menus as well as assigning your own menus and other stuff. To create your own go to Tools>Customize any new toolbar that you create will be saved to your database
