Access Project Application through ASP using Interactive User Setting

Can anyone help out in accessing Microsoft Project 2000 Objects from ASP. I could access these objects from ASP only if i set Interactice User privilege in DComcnfg settings of Microsoft Project Application. But again if i log off the NT server then i could not able to access these objects from ASP since Interactive user has logged in.
If i set Launching user(which is default setting) or This User(with IUSR_ComputerName) instead of Ineteractive user in the dcomcnfg setting of microsoft project 2000 Application even then i am unable to access and getting server execution failded error.
Someone give me solution for this as i want access project 2000 objects from the asp even if the NT server is logged off.
