Access Problem

I have a spreadsheet that I have been able to import into table in Access. For some reason now when I try to import the spreadsheet into Access it gives me "an error message that says an error occured trying to import". This has never happened before with the same file. I even tried to open up a new database and import the same file in a different database and still I get the same error message. Any ideas why??

I dont have merged cells in my table but I do have formulas and vlookup's in the spreadsheet. I am not sure if that is causing my file to not be imported into Access becuase I have always been able to do so the past 5 months or so.
