Access problem to Netscape LDAP with LDAP

Hi there,
I'm desperately in need og help!!

I'm working with Netscape LDAP and I'm trying to access it with ADSI under ASP.
I could successfully read/write attributes, but I get a nice
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046'
Permission denied
when trying to add/remove users to a group.
As I'm accessing the directory with the Directory Manager, I think the security problem doesn't come from LDAP..

What can I do?
