We are using a database that has envelopes that we print. There are about 8 ladies who can print their envelopes from the envelope tray and letters fine. There is another group of ladies that can print the same database letters fine but the envelopes keep printing on white paper. It will not pull from the envelope tray. Also, the printer properties are not setup to specific defaults for the envelope feed. Any suggestions
