This question has been previously answered in thread68-824375, but the answer doesn't appear (if there ever was one)- it is archived.
My problem - I am printing reports from an Access database that is on a LAN. Even though I have the option to print, and the file menu shows that the reports will print to my default printer, they print to the creator's default printer. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hopefully you found an answer, if not, here is an explanation.

When a report is created, you can specify to print to a default printer or a specific printer. If the report was saved with specific printer settings it will always print to that printer.

Fix is easy. Open the report in design mode. Go to page setup and set it to print from the default printer, then SAVE THE REPORT.
