Hello all,
I have posted this in the HP Printer forum also but i put it here as you will find out the issue only happens in access.
I have a problem with a HP laserjet 3500, where it gives a message in this format below when trying to print reports from access 97:
JobStorage Identification
This print Job will be stored at:
HP Colour Laserjet 3500
\\printserver\\HP laserjet 3500
Username: H4~I
Job Name: Task 7 Micheal M
My print server is 2000 pro and so are all the clients.. they can all print from everything apart from this. I work in a school, and the curriculum/lesson plan is setup for Office 97.
Any help would be great.
