Access Powercube by ASP

I'm quite new to Cognos Powercube. I want to know what things I need to install (on both Cognos DB server side and Web server side) in order to obtain data from Congnos Powercube by ASP.

I'd also appreciate if someone can write me some sample ASP code to access Cognos.
