Access postmaster email 1

How do I check email in the postmaster account? I can access it from OWA, but would like to access if from Outlook. The email address is hidden so when I try to set it as an additional opened mailbox from the advanced tab, I get an error that the name is not found. Is there a way to access it from Outlook without clearing the "hide from Exchange address lists" option?

Clear the "hide from Exchange address lists" option first, then add the account to your outlook. After you successfully add the account, check "hide from Exchange address lists" again for that account. The outlook has no problem to access the mailbox after that.....
