Access ports with CC6

can anyone help me please oe even could they please specify the steps that i need to take to configure the callpilot and CC6 so that i can use the open vioce session in my script

am i right with the below or is there anything missing

1 IVR_ACD_DN & acquire
2 Access Ports Config & acquire
3 IVR_ACD_DN = SDN as symposium voice services
4 Create an application using application builder under deffine voice enter in my messages and these reffer to the script variables

is the above correct please help as i need to urgently set this up for our call center
