Access Ports with CallPilot

Hello all,

I have a question regarding CallPilot Access ports. I created an ACD DN which has 1 agent within it (The access port). I am able to acquire the ACD DN, however the Voice Port comes un as Acquired, Logged out. Has anyone encountered this? Is there something that i am missing here?

Did you build the agent (2008) with AST enabled? and are you sure your SCN and agent ID's match?
