We just configured ACCESS Ports on a CCM 6.0 with CallPilot 5.0. We can play voice segments and collect digits and it works fine. The documentation mentions CallPilot having built in prompts so it can "speak numbers". Does anyone know how to make CallPilot speak numbers back? We have tried the scripts below:

OPEN VOICE SESSION
PLAY PROMPT NUMBER 41
END VOICE SESSION

AND

OPEN VOICE SESSION
PLAY PROMPT VOICE SEGMENT c_forty_one_gv
END VOICE SESSION

When this works, it is really neat. When it doesn't, it is really frustrating.

The built in number capability assumes you are using segments stored in a separate application in Call Pilot named: file1

The segments are pre-defined in CCM, but you still have to record them. So set up a separate application in Call Pilot named file1. Create the segments and record them AS THEY ARE DEFINED IN CCM. Be careful: c_zero_gv is segment file1:1, c_one_gv is segment file1:2 and so on.

I always put the access port IVR-ACD_DN (as a variable) in the command. I know this is defined in the default global variables, but I like to be sure. Example:

OPEN VOICE SESSION access_acd_dn_gv

Old habits die hard.

Thanks Miles, that's what we needed to know.
