Access 2000 - I created groups, assigned permissions to them, created users and assigned them to groups. I can log the individual user into the database with no problem. The problem is that even though I did not grant them permission to access certain objects, they still can. (I did not assign rights to the User group.) Can someone please offer some help as to what I may have done wrong or what I didn't do? Thanks. s-)

I figured out what I was doing wrong. I forgot about the "full data users" group they were members of. I deleted the rights of the FDU and it solved the problem. Sometimes it is good when you really want an answer fast. It makes you work harder in finding a solution.
