Access Permission

Hi all,
I have a problem with a small application that's running on NT Server 4.0 with IIS 4.0. CDONTS is configured and is working well but a permission problem cropped up when we added more than 20 users to the list of users on the application. Like the 21st person couldn't log on and when a new account was created the new account did not have access as well. I used Access as the database.
Could it be the database/WEbserver/NTServer that's the problem. Oysterbar ride to success. Keep Riding
