Anyone know of anything that reviews and tests single thread process performance that the office products use?
Ideally I'd like to be able to compare processor performance for these scenarios. My belief is that it is all about the clock and bus speed for the Access user once you get past the fact there is a second thread to handle OS functions. I just would like to be able to point to something outside of my own experience.
