Access Page, ODBC Connection to AS400 Failed

I have created an Access Page that uses a "linked table". This table is linked to a file on our AS400. The Access Page resides on a separate server.

If I email(Lotus Notes)the Page to myself it opens fine. If I email it to anyone else in the company they receive the error "ODBC Connection to AS400 Failed". If the page does open, no information or formatting is displayed.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
