I'm a new Access user and am setting up a db with employee information.

Is it possible to pull information such as employee name and title, and manager name and title from an Access db into a report that looks like an organizational chart?

Your help is appreciated!

An easier approach would be to have/get/use VISIO. It has an Org Chart template which can be used to develop a nice graphical chart. Visio will then hapily export the chart info to an Ms. Access db, and you can devlop reports from the org db. You can aslo directly manipulate the db and have VISIO re-generate the org chart as necessary.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, we're not able to use Visio (lack of resources), so I guess I'm stuck with inputting/updating data in both Access and Powerpoint.
