Some of my users are having problems with Access reports printing on printers that are not even available on their machines. This is especially sticky with certain confidential reports. Could this be a Windows NT problem?

Example report 1 is printed by selecting printer 3020.
The user manually selected this printer.
The report actually gets printed on 3023. 3023 is not even a printer that is available to this user.

Thanks!!!!

first the computer where you are printing from must have th e printers attached in the Printers group. Next everyone needs to be out of the .MDB if multiple users use it.
Except you of course.
Open each report in design view then click File, Page setup
Click the "Page" TAB
Click "Use Specific Printer" Click the "Printer' button
Choose your printer and tray etc.
click "File", Save

do this for each report.
