Access open event Report 1

Access 97 won't execute the open event in report, I have included the open event in the properties window, if I change something in open event and save it works one time but not the second or after, this used to work with no problems..

The "open event" is only triggered when the report is initially opened.

Getting a report to do things like a form is really tough.
I struggle with this myself
What are you trying to accomplish???
