My company is a media company, we send emails out to our users and they get to read article by clicking on the links in the emails.
They have subscription with us so they need an username and a password. Our website will remember the computer and wont ask for the password and login after the first connection.
Apparently if customers use their blackberry though they need to sign in every time and often they just give up.
Is there anyway around this that you know?

How does the site remember the user? If cookies, are cookies enabled on the Blackberry? Or maybe you need to enable Javascript?

I've found it works on some sites, but not others

It is cookies and they are enabled on the Blackberry :(

Is there a proxy server between MDS and the web? If so, does it allow the use of stored credentials?
Have you enabled "Support HTTP Cookie Storage" on the properties of the MDS server?
