Access ODBC Error

A user has tried 3, 5 and 7 (shortened version #s) of the Teradata ODBC to connect with Teradata. He is getting Reserved Error (-7722). He also runs out of spool. Any suggestions? HE's run this for awhile, and just experienced the problem.
