when I got a voice message, my IP phone 's message lamp on, then I pess the message key, the monitor show "Call HCI reroute" * = Erace #=Call. i need to press # to dial to Voicemail system.

How to skip this procedure(press # to call), when I press message key, the phone can help me directly call in my mailbox.

It can work before, but Someday I delete a HCI Reroute hunt group on 3300, then i create it again, the problem was come out.
