Does any body understand how to use the networkingdays function?

It is not a function of Access 97, at least I couldn't find it in help. Terry M. Hoey

this won't be any help but I tried to use this function the other day but i kept getting an error (as though the function doesn't exist. I am using 2000.

I'm not aware of a function by that name in Access. Excel has a function called NetWorkDays but I cannot get it to work in Excel. Check MichaelRed's FAQ (faq181-261) for a way to calculate working days. Terry

Footnote to the above(if that is possible)

The final line should read

funWorkDaysDifference = (lngTotalDays - lngTotalHolidays) - 1

unless you want to count your start date in the calculation.
