Access - need help with filtering

Hi all,

i've created a small access db to bring in results from a mailbox that i then need to filter, i'm looking for numbers that are set out in the following format: XX-XXXXX

its always like this with the hyphon, however i've tried like criteria and in but can't seem to get it to filter.

If it helps the numbers are always enclosed in the tags <POID> </POID> so an example from the spreadsheet retrieved would look like <POID>XX-XXXXX</POID>
