Each record in my Access 2003 database documents a single fact in my research project. It often happens that the fact relates to more than one subtopic (or classification) in the research. Is there some way to create a "classification" field in a form that would accept MULTIPLE selections from a drop-down list? The completed field would contain all selected classifications (perhaps looking something like the "row source" property for a combo box). A query could then find all facts (records) related for each classication. Many thanks.

Hi,

That is best done by having a table structure that that accounts for multiple rows of data for a sub-topic. This makes it MUCH simpler to query.
