Access MS Date Time Picker V6.0

Hi All

How can I use the MS Date Picker V6.0 on an Access 97 form without receiving the MsgBox "Can't set value to NULL when check box property = FALSE" when changing records ?

The error disapears when the "Check Box" is enabled but I don't want the check box on the control !

Any Ideas ?
