I have the same problem. I am the only person who has full access to our 3700 system but my password doesn't work. I don't even know how to change it except when the system notifies you that your password is about to expire. I changed it when that last occurred and everything was fine for a couple of weeks but now it doesn't work. Custom, install, etc. doesn't work. Were you able to find a solution?
Thanks,
Rick

@Carlos547 you are looking for database access. "support", "support" is another old user/password used. Remember now in dbisql you need to chose the Micros database...it no longer defaults to it. If that does not work you will probably need to talk to Oracle or get your hands on the "GETDBA" Utility.
@Wildbar - you are correct. I'm looking for DB access but I think @rickkelley is as well in order to backdoor password info.
Ahhh.... The unicorn(getdba). From my understanding that would be a very handy tool to have. Suggestions? Clients that are on newer systems are having to go through Micros for DB access and password reset. It would be much more convenient if I was able to eliminate that headache for them.
