access .mdb won't open!!!

i just updgraded to access 2003 and now my file won't open. it says it's missing MSACCESS.EXE
i searched it manually and now it says
the dynamic link library mso9.dll could not be located
what is going on? i hope i didnt lose my database...

Check the references:
when in VBE (Alt+F11) menu Tools -> References ...
Untick the old (MISSING) Office Library 9.0 and tick the 11.0
