Hello fellow cognos users,

I created some users in Access Manager so users who log in to Upfront have their own newsbox and access to the cubes that are meant for them and not to cubes not meant for them. But now a weird problem occurs! Some users see the newsbox of other users, for example, User Scott logs in to Upfront, and is supposed to see: "Newsbox for Scott", but instead he sees: "Newsbox for Angela". This is problem arises for some users, not all...

Does anyone know what this could be? something with netscape directory server or something???

I have come across this problem also. There is a doc in the Support knowledge base that describes the fix. It is article #109341.
