Has anybody created Access Manager Security against NTLM or Kerberos protocols?

Currently, I am using LDAP as security protocol. Now this is working for NorthAmerica users but not for ASIA users because ASIA users's domain is not replicated in NorthAmerica.

Our network tech team is suggesting to go against NTLM or Kerberos protocols.

Any help on this would be really appriciated.
