Access Manager - Password Expiry

Hi
I am usgin AM configured to iPlanet. Have set the password expiry after every 20 days. But I am using same id for more than 2 months now and never came with password change screen when I login thru Cognos Connection. What are the options needs to set if we have to force the users to change the password regullarly. (since we dont have change password option in cognos connection, i thought of forcing password change as an option).
