Access Manager, eTrust ldap modification

Hello all,
eTrust is being used as our security and we are working on creating an Option within eTrust that will update the ldap for Cognos Access manager (we only want to enter user, user settings in eTrust).
With cubes and reports in Upfront, is this all we should be concerned about accessing the 'modified' ldap? Are there other 'processes' using the ldap?
